The conference fee is € 2.800 (+ 20% or the prevailing Italian VAT = € 3.360) for the first participant from an organization. For additional participants from the same organization, invoiced to the same address, special group booking rates apply as follows: For the second, third, fourth and fifth participants € 2.100 (+ Italian VAT) each. For the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth participants € 1.600 (+ Italian VAT) each. For any further participants € 1.200 (+ Italian VAT) each. To benefit from these special rates, please contact the marketing manager in your local Hay Group office who will issue you with a group booking reference. These rates will only be applied when a group booking reference is quoted on the registration document.

Indemnity

Should, for any reason outside the control of Hay Group, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, war or medical emergency, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, Hay Group shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds Hay Group harmless for any and all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which are incurred by the client. The construction, validity and performance of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose Courts the Parties hereby agree to submit. Hay Group reserves the right to change the venue or speakers at the conference should circumstances dictate.

Confirmation details

Participants will only be admitted to the conference if payment has been received in full in advance. In the event that payment has not been received when the conference commences, participants will be asked to provide a credit card to allow their registration to be processed.

Cancellation conditions
Registration fees

Cancellations can only be accepted when made through the online registration form, which can be updated at any time, or in writing to your local Hay Group office. Refunds will be made as follows:

• 100% (less 10% service charge) received on or before 8 February 2008
• 50% between 9 February to 14 March 2008
• no refund for cancellation after 15 March 2008
