Q:	Plenary sessions will be translated in French, Italian, German and Spanish. Will workshops be translated as well?
A:	Not all workshops will be translated, just workshop 5 on Thursday and workshop 3 on Friday.
Q:	Where do I pick up my welcome package and badge(s) for the welcome reception if I’m not in one of the 6 preferred hotels?
A:	If you choose to stay in another hotel rather than the 6 Hay Group selected ones, you can pick up your welcome package and badge(s) at the hospitality desk in Hotel Cavalieri Hilton

Q:	What is the dress code for the Social Events?
A:	Welcome Reception (Wed. evening) » view details The welcome reception is informal and dress code is business wear.
	Cocktails & Dinner (Thurs. evening) » view details Due to the different international rules and traditions concerning proper attire, Hay Group does not set a rule. Ladies may wear both an evening dress or a cocktail dress. Gentlemen may wear black tie, a dark suit or jacket and tie.
Q:	Can we bring children to the tour and social events?
A:	Our conference has been designed for adult participation and to provide an opportunity for delegates to network. We would therefore please request that delegates do not bring children under the age of 16 to any of the social events or to the accompanying guest tour. Our agency, Caleida Spa in Rome, together with the hotel concierges will be happy to provide a baby sitting service as required. Your co-operation would be greatly appreciated.

A:	The taxi ride takes about 45 minutes costs vary between 45 and 60 Euros
Q:	What is the currency in Italy?
A:	Italian currency is the Euro. You can change your money at the airport, use your credit card or get money from the teller machine.
