Can we bring children to the tour and social events? |
| A: |
Our conference has been designed for adult participation and to provide an opportunity for delegates to network. We would therefore please request that delegates do not bring children under the age of 16 to any of the social events or to the accompanying guest tour. Our agency, Caleida Spa in Rome, together with the hotel concierges will be happy to provide a baby sitting service as required. Your co-operation would be greatly appreciated. |
